Kurt Shull, Director of Protective Services
Mr. Shull was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps in
1972. He served with distinction in the eastern theater and the
military police. Upon his return to Illinois he started his
career in Loss Prevention with K-Mart Corporation, as well as
completing intern work at the Reid Institute of Behavioral
Analysis and Interrogation. In 1977, Mr. Shull was appointed to
Training Officer and Manager of Special Investigations of the
Midwest region. He went on to head up risk operations during
K-Mart's entry into the Chicago Market, troubleshooting security
for 76 inner city retail developments until his 1983 relocation
to California. Mr. Shull continued in Loss Prevention Management and completed
his course studies at Golden West College majoring in Risk and Safety Management.
Before joining Security Network, he served as Director of
Protective Services for Reliant Services. He managed all company
activities for a tri-state market (California, Nevada, and
Arizona), supplying uniformed security, investigations and risk
consulting.
